We accept returns & offer a full refund or exchange for the below concerns
1) You changed your mind
- All bottles can be returned within 4 weeks of delivery
- Bottles must be unopened, bottles, still sealed and can not show signs that they have been tampered with
- Shipping cost of this return to be paid by the customer
2) Your product didn’t arrive!
- If, for some reason, you don’t get your order, contact us! We’ll figure it out.
- If the order just didn’t show, we’ll provide you with a refund, or send you a new shipment.
- You must contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery time frame.
3) Defective Product: We strive for perfection, but you can’t be perfect all the time!
- Damage, broken seal, missing capsules…
- If, for some reason, your product isn’t 100% perfect, we hope you’ll let us fix it! If not, we’ll happily provide a refund for our error
- Just take a picture of the bottle (on a newspaper showing that days date), the lot number, and the defect. Send it over with your detailed concern, and we’ll get right to it!
PLEASE don’t send us a picture of a “defective” AND empty bottle. Because then we’re on to you!
